Question: I want guys to answer this but women can answer to!.!.!.!?
ok i am fourteen years old, and i think im fat!. i weigh 130lbs and i stick out maybe two inches!. do u think im fat!?and is it unattractive to u!.!.!. if u do, how do u think i can lose weigh fast anough so i have a perfect body when i go to high school!.!.!.in like three weeks[UGH!!!] Oo and i do work out but after i do [i dont know why] i think i look fatter!. is there something wrong with me!?!?!? and i only eat like two meals a day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop thinking about your weight and start working on self confidence and personality!. I am logged on my wifes account right now, so as a guy I am telling you that the most attractive thing in the world is a girl who has self-confidence!. Eating only two meals a day slows down your metabolism and will make you fatter!. Forget yourself and start working on being a quality person!. your going to make more friends at school by forgetting yourself and worrying about other people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all you need to consider you re height which it would have been nice if you added that info it would have the answer far easier!.

If you re stomack only sticks out a couple inches then you dint have anything to worry about!. 130 ibis is not alto of weight and dint go and try to lose 30 ibis!. Believe me the skinny girls on TV have nothing on a girl who has a little meat on her!.

if you want to tone your stomach then you should do curls and if you really want to lose weight go on the grapefruit diet for about a week, but dint lose more then 10 pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, it's your eating habits!. Breakfast actually wakes up your metabolism, so eat a cup of yogurt or something!. Two (probably tiny) meals a day is horrible for you!. It can make you sick, disrupt your sleeping patterns, make it hard for you to concintraite, all that jazz!. So eating right and eating enough helps!.

Follow the old rule:

Breakfast like a king
Lunch like a prince
dinner like a pauper

And the exercising you do can be a problem as well!. If you aren't doing it right!. Try the workouts in magazines for teens like COSMOgirl!. They always have a decent one!.


And chances are you are about 5'5", and then what you way is perfectly healthy and natural!. Go too much skinnier, and you're practically anorexic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a 14 year old girl with a lot of wisdom to give out i can help you with this problem !.i way 2 pounds more then you and i used to have the worst body image ever i thought i was fat and ugly and disgusting but!.you should be happy with the person you are !.you aren't fat your actually thin!.and if guys dont like the way you look well then maybe its not the right guy for you !.make guys fall in love with your personality be happy and confident with yourself and nothing else matters plus if you were trying to loose weight you have to eat small healthy meals through out the day it keeps your metabolism going to help burn fatty cells

believe it or not, the reason why you are a little over weight is bc you are only eating 2 meals a day!. i went through this stage too!. iam a jr, and had the same feeling!. breakfast lunch and dinner!! because i used to only eat once and then i was wondering why i was getting fatter, proven fact that when kinda over weight people lets say don't eat breakfast they are hungrier during lunch, then they arn't as hungry during dinner, well think, if u have a bowl of healthy cereal every morning it will give u energy and you wont eat as much as u prolly do at lunch, then come dinner u wont eat that much either, because u had a nice lunch it works trust me!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow :) i started high school at 11-12 lol you must be one of the older ones in your year, i think 130lbs is fine, all i do is enjoy life by having a chocolate bar every few hours or so :D but thats just me lol, hope you have fun in high school, i left in 2007 :( i really miss it, enjoy high school its best years of your life!. when i left i didnt really think much of it but a year later i really miss my friends plus, its hard work out there :D!. just enjoy life :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the most important thing is your eating!. eat 3 meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner!. if you feel like you cant eat a meal because you are to full then dont but for no other reason should you skip a meal!. i go ou twith a chick who wieghs 155 and i think she is beautiful and wonderful and i love her very much!. dont worry about having the steriotipical(spelling!?) perfect body!. be happy with what you have and use it to your advantage!. that might not make sense now but it will onc you are able to change your view of yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sweety, you shouldn't care about what others think!. I've been through that stage in high school!. All my friends told me I was tripping that I'm a perfect size!. I can tell you right now 130 is not fat!. 125 to 145 has always pretty much been within my normal weight range!. Plus You need to eat more, breakfast is the most important meal of the day!. lunch, dinner, snacks like fruit!. Your body needs to burn 1500 - 2000 calories a day!. High school is supposed to be the best school years!. Just love yourself, Concentrate on school and your homework!. Take Care!Www@Answer-Health@Com
