It says "Women who are menstruating should not perform certain pilates poses!."

idk why, but maybe it has to do with certain streches that may harm your area (like it would hurt)!. i think it means that you just shouldnt do that during your period (that special time of the month)Www@Answer-Health@Com
my best guess would be that some of the positions may cause a chance for leakage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
