Hello!. I'm a fourteen year old girl!. I usually get my period by now but I haven't yet!. I've been experiencing cramps a lot lately & I want to know how I can make them go away!. I just took a tylenol which worked but I want to know other strategies!. Also, do you think I'll get my period soon!? PLEASE NOTE: I am not sexually active!. Ohw, poor thing!. My daughter experiences the same problem at times!. Sometimes she misses her cycle completely and when she does get it she is in pain the first day!. We noticed that Aleve works better for her!. We also noticed that an herbal tea such a chamomile works wonders whenever she is cramping!. The hotter the better!. Another thing that really works is to place a hot water bag on her stomach!. If you do not have one, wet a towel with hot water and put it inside a plastic bag and place it on your stomach!. Make sure you do not put it directly on your skin to avoid any burns!. I hope these remedies help or that someone else can provide you with something that works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Buy Midol!. You can get it at any drugstore!. (They're chewable and easy to take!.) And you can try eating bananas; they have lots of potassium in them and should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes they just come late!. Ibuprofen is what I use for cramps!. You will probably get your period soon!. It has been my experience that the cramps get worse right before it starts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
