Birth control!. There are a lot of birth control pills out that shorten periods and make them lighter!. There is even one that makes you only have your period once every few months and another (my friend is taking) that makes it last only one day a month!. Talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sorry hun, unless you go on birth control pills, there is not much you can do!. Your doctor can also perscribe medicine to make your periods lighter and less painfull, but basically when it starts, it starts, and it ends when it ends!. Isn't being a girl fun!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
