Answers:
get a bottle!. Pour half boiling water and add luke warm water in it!. Get a small towel, wrap it around the bottle and place it at your abdomen!. make sure the temperature is not too hot!. just warm will do!. you will feel better!. Trust me!
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a banana and use a hot water bottle on your tummy for 5 minutes, then your lower back for another 5 minutes!. When you do this, lay on your side with your knees bent and a pillow between your legs!.

You can also massage your tummy a bit while in a warm bath!.

If you've already taken Midol, do not take anything else until 4 hours later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

right now im 14 years old and have had my period for bout 3 yearts now!.i get horrible cramps on both the first and last day of my period!. somtimes they are so bad i can barely move!.
when i first started i used the tylonal melt aways which taste nasty but they worked pretty good!.
but after a while that didnt really help much!.!.!. so i started using advil which worked great!.
i tried midol quite a few times and instead of helping my cramps, it seemed like it made them worse so i wouldnt suggest using that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ibuprofin is the best (Motrin, Advil)!. Don't take Midol b/c it has lots of caffeine and that is VERY bad for your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put a heating pad on your stomach and try to drink something warm!. hope i helped :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
