if you go swimming with one, take it out immediatly after!.
if you have a heavy flow, change it about 4-6 hours apart, and a light flow, 6-10!.

Depends, read the package!. I think its 6 hours or 8 hours or something, but if you have a heavy flow you might wanna change it after 4 or 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
