Question: Do your UTI's disappear after taking cranberry pills!?

I started up a very painful UTI on Saturday (have recurrent ones and know what they feel like)!. I took 1 cranberry pill that night and 6 on Sunday after drinking a lot of water!. At the health center today, they couldn't find any bacteria in my urine, though they're sending it away for culture to make sure!. Has anybody ever cured a UTI with cranberry pills!? The doctor said they normally bring the UTI down to a low level, but don't cure it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, only Antibiotics can cure it!.
