You have a white-ish discharge that looks like dandruff when you scratch the nipples!?!? That's pretty odd!. Maybe something is irritating them (your bra, or shirt), or there could be a problem with your skin!. In any case, see your doctor to find out whats up, because that sort of discharge sounds pretty unusual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
