Answers:
It's best to change out your pad every 4-5 hours!. That way, you'll feel more fresh and clean and the pad doesn't over-fill with blood!. And when you wear a tampon, change it every 5-6 hours, or whenever it is full!. Never leave a tampon in longer than 8 hours because it could cause problems!.

I do when I actually start to remember I'm on my period!.!.!.about every hour or so!.!.!.maybe more!.!.!.you don't feel the mucous coming out of you most of the time!.!.!.so you will hardly notice your on your period!.!.!.and when you feel uncomfortable you should change!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
