Huffing is nothing to play around with!. The toxic fumes go right to the brain and can cause serious damage and even death!.People have been known to die on the first try!.
I had to do the same thing you're doing right now, in order to protect my brothers!. Their friends were teaching them to huff, and I was worried!. Do your brother a favor, and let your parents know that you are concerned and why!.

It's extremely dangerous, argubly more dangerous than taking actual drugs, I suggest you either try to catch him in the act and confront him or speak to your parents!.
