Am I just being lazy or is there a real reason behind me feeling tired and not u!


Question: Am I just being lazy or is there a real reason behind me feeling tired and not up to much 24/7 !?

NOTE; Saw your additional note - there could be a mild infection in your system, something that isn't really creating symptoms but just makes you tired!. If it continues for more than a couple weeks, you might want to get a health checkup to eliminate a low-grade infection or virus!.

Sometimes feeling tired all the time is more about what you are not doing!. The body wants balance, needs balance - you have a certain amount of physical activity and you absolutely need the right amount of restful sleep!. The physical activity can be as simple as walking, or more active like sports!. the body is a fine mechanism but can be thrown off easily!. If you are staying up late, not eating well, and not getting much physical activity you could end up having no energy!.

There are other things too - you could be really bored!. I don't think there's anything worse than being bored and if that's the case, I recommend you find something you have a little interest in and get more involved!.

You could be lazy, you might not have anything you are interested in, and you might not be getting enough good sleep - try a few new things!. And try making a routine - get up and move around a little bit - see what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go out often!.
Try walking 1 block away from your house everyday!.
I would suggest at 8am, if possible, so that the sun is not too hot!. I would suggest you to just get 6 hours of sleep everyday, which is what most people do too!.
My brother, 12 yrs!. old, is just like you!. But if you guys stay inactive and lazy, you'll end up being obese!. This is not a lie!.

Two factors come to mind!. Are you depressed!? It's nothing to be ashamed of, there is help available if you need it!. The second thing is are you drinking enough water!? Physical exercise will help you have more energy and motivation!. It is hard sometimes to get up and do it but you will feel better having done it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
