Any tips for remembering bc?!


Question: Any tips for remembering bc!?
i started yaz birth control last night around 9!. this is my first time using oral contraceptives, im not that good when it comes to remembering stuff last night i set an alarm on my phone for tonight the very same time i took the pill last night the only problem is my phone doesn't have the recurring alarm option where you set it to go off everyday so im like crap i have to set it everyday!? lol does anyone have any tips or advice on remembering this i would greatly appreciate it!
Taking this on time is very important i dont want to miss a pill or take it 2 hours later!. i want avoid any mess ups with birth control!Www@Answer-Health@Com

associate it with something else you do everyday at the same time-like brushing your teeth!. set the pack near your toothbrush, that way you'll see it and remember to take it!. it's going to take time to get into the habit of taking them, so be patient with yourself!. i know they also sell reminder packs to put your birth control in!. they're cute, and disguiseable, so you can keep them in your purse without everyone knowing what they are, and they have an alarm on them to go off at the same time everyday!Www@Answer-Health@Com

think of where you normally are at this time in the evening!?
do you always brush your teeth before bed at nine ,if so try a sticky note on the mirror,or a screen saver on your phone that reminds you all day ,every-time you look at it ,what to do at nine,eventually your brain will train itself to this time !.!.!.good luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make it part of one of your regular daily routines - but I don't suggest taking it on an empty stomach!. You could make it part of your nightly routine getting ready for bed!. So, let's say you brush your teeth every night before going to bed, take it then and put them next to your toothpaste so you always see them!. If you work at a regular job, you could make a routine when you take a break or have your meal!. You could put a little sign on your bathroom mirror, or in your kitchen, someplace where you go into every day!. Just for the record, two hours will not have an impact, if it did, most women would have had a problem!. Once you get it into a routine it will be much easier and you'll be less likely to forget, so that's why I suggest making it part of an existing routine!.
