Question: Changing in gym and period!?
i use pads and school is going to start soon and how can i make it less noticeable im afraid its going to get on my underwear and i have no dark underwear i only have light colorsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Buy some dark underwear!. Change your pads in the bathroom, in the stall!. If you can get through gym class without changing your pads, then you'll really only be changing your outer clothes right!? like from pants to gym shorts and then back to pants!. No one will notice!.
Oh wait!.!.!.just realized!.!.!.do you guys shower after gym class!? is that what you're worried about!? In my school no one showered after gym class because our gym showers didn't work!.
If i were you, I'd skip the showers unless you're comfortable with the idea of wearing tampons!. You can shower while wearing a tampon but not a pad!.

if you go to the store you will see there are a variety of diffferent pads to use that are thicker and i feel safe wearing them because i know i cant leak through!. and during your period you could wear really dark shorts if your stillnervous youll leak which i dont think you will but you can never be too safe!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could try tampons if you're comfortable with that!. Tampax Pearl is really discreet, but you could also try Kotex, they have crinkle-free wrappers, and you usually can't hear them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
