Consider yourself extremely lucky, mine lasts 9 DAYS!!! As far as shortening your period goes staying very active and birth control goes a long way!. But it really depends on your hormone level and your body!. =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
I dont believe so because the menstrual blood is contained in the uterus!. I dont think the amount of water you drink affects it!.
