Question: What's a healthy way to gain weight!?
I'm twelve almost thirteen!. I weigh about 80 pounds!. I'm 5'3!. My sisters have great figures, and my mom used to!. I was just wondering, how can I gain weight in a healthy way!?

if ur sisters and mother used to be skinny, it could be genetics!. especially since ur having ur growth spurt now!. and probably the more u eat the more it goes to ur growth i presume!. so i think u shouldnt scarf down as much because it will catch up to u as u get older!. the best way is to leave it, since i read that ur sisters and motehr have beautiful figures, it shouldnt be a problem for u too!. so just leave it, and once u stop growing, u'll gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi I also want to gain weight but hardly anything seems to work!. usually people like us have high metabolic rate (body consumes lot of energy) it is in our geans!. However, the best way to gain wait is to eat lot of fatty foods!. eat meat!. If you pick up your weight reduce on your fat intake!. Most people are scared of fatty foods and its a big Issue when it comes to reducing weight !.(Heart problems blablaaa!.!.!.) eating fat is natural!. Lions eats more than 5 kg of meat per day, but they hunt their meats which results in their exercise !.!.!.!.keeping them healtyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I was trying to loose a little bit of weight by working out really hard and drinking protein shakes!.!.!.!.(Muscle Milk) And i gained weight from it!.!.!.!. it wasnt like fat or anything it was all muscle!.!.!. i looked really toned it helped alot!.!.!.So work out and drink muscle milk!.!.!.!. Ps that sh*t is nasty lol i had to hold my nose to drink it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat meat(not much)everyday!.!.eat also liver,fruits and vegetables,especially potatoes and bananas!.!.eating yougurts,drinking full fat milk ,and eating eggs will also help alot!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eats lots of healthy food and exercise everyday!. You might think it'll only make you skinnier but trust me!. You'll gain muscle and you'll be fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
