Amenorrhea is not painful!. It happened to me when I started exercising!. It's not painful at all!. Honestly, it's actually pretty convenient because periods are no fun!.
I think the bigger problem is being underweight!. It's really bad for your body!. Your hair will fall, your skin will be in awful condition, you won't be able to do much physical activity, and of course your body would be lacking important nutrients - it's really debilitating and can have long-term effects depending how old you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kinda confused, but I don't think the actual amenorrhea would cause any pain!.
Other side effects of being underweight could cause pain, as you mentioned!. Doubt the amenorrhea would, since your body simply would stop producing eggs temporarily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
