my friend she is at my house and she cant poop she hasnt poop in over a week she has to poop put when she tries to she has to push really hard and when the poop is comming it gets all hard so it wont come out we cant go to the store to get anything so what should she do!. run to the store and buy an enoma!. My son had the same problem, complaining of a stomach ache for 2 weeks!. I took him to the emergency room and that was all they did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Either stool softner or an enema should help her!. She needs to watch her fluid and fiber intake!. That will keep her from having this happen!.

She needs more fiber in her diet!. but for right now go to the drug store and by a small "fleet" enema!. Its hould help loosen the stool and help her get to feeling betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
