use warm water!.
smother it in soap or shaving cream!.
after out aloevera or baby powder or baby oil on it!.

make sure you're using a new, sharp razor!.
one with three or four blades usually works best!.
use some kind of shave gel, shaving cream, or soap!.
pat dry and follow with a gentle lotion, baby power, or baby oil!.
or, you can use a hair removal product such as nair, buy an at home waxing kit, or go to a salon and get a wax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I NEVER could!. I tried creams and all!. I ended up waxing, its soo much more comphy, and hairs grow back slower and much thinner! Try it!. Use Nair Face Wax on your lower area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
