TMI question for women...?!

Question: TMI question for women!.!.!.!?
On Saturday night I went to bed and then about 3 hours later I woke up with really bad stomach cramps and I ended up having diarrhea!. The next day my stomach was a little rumbley so I took some Pepto Bismol tablets and I was pretty much fine with the exception of a little more cramping throughout the day!. Last night I woke up a few hours after going to bed again and this time I had this pain that felt like a really bad gas pain up under my ribs!. I took more pepto and I was finally able to go back to sleep!. Now all day today I have had this yucky pain in my stomach kind of like gassy feeling, but also nauseous like I might throw up!. I also felt constipated!. Feeling a little better now but I am wondering what is going on!. I had a similar thing happen last month!. I just came off birth control pills in May to try to conceive after being on it for 8 years and I have been noticing strange things with my body!.!.!.could this be related!? Is this related to ovulation by any chance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
oh definately it is!. I was on bc for about a month and a half, and i had the same symptoms when i stopped using it, but much more mild!. Your body is basically like, "where are all my hormones at!?!?!?!?" then it goes crazy and either produces more hormones than you need or less!.

Things to try and prevent symptoms like this:
exercise for at least 15 minutes a day
eat a well balanced diet
drink some ginger ale, but not too much
relax, it could also be stress that is causing these problems!.

And if all else fails, call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really think your period would have something to do with it!. Are you bleeding!? Are your breasts tender!? Cramping!?

You might have the stomach flu!. Or it might be what you're expecting, complications, of coming off the pill!.

If you want, call your doctor in a week or so!. If the symptoms don't reside, call him right away!.

Hope you feel better, hun!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a doctor, but the symptoms you're describing sound how my cousin was feeling before she found out she was pregnant!. You may be pregnant!. Either way, you need to go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
