Question: Do I have to take my birth control pills the EXACT time every day!?
I just read a response to my last questions and she said "EXACT time EVERY day"!. I do take them every night but it's usually between 1am - 2:30am!. Depends on when I'm going to bed and the likes!. Is that fine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order for the pill to work at 99% effectiveness, then it does need to be taken at the exact same time!. Taking the pill at different times does make it less effective, but in your case (hour and a half or so), it is unlikely to make a drastic difference (though it still may not be 99% effective)!. The best thing to do is use a back-up method, such as condoms, if you are concerned about the effectiveness with the manner of which you take your pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its better to try to if you are a min or two of cool, but a hour and a half might be a bit much, its better to so you dont have any surprises (breakthroughbleeding) or anything else try to stay consistant!Www@Answer-Health@Com
its fine,they say take them at the same time to get the highest protection out of them,but seriously its fine,on combined pills you have 12 hours and your still protected!.
