this is the most blood i've ever lost!. how much blood am i supposed to lose in a day!? because i feel like i lost a cup from yesterday and today!. will i get really week if i lose to much!? please help!
btw, im 15 and this is only my 3rd period (so im not really used to it) so, is it normal for the first like year of ur period to lose a lot or something!?
