Mine stated at 10 and they quit getting bigger at 17!. Then when I gained weight my breast got bigger!. No one knows what size they will be, really!. But most girls finish at 16-17!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I'm 18 now and I'm defenitely not what you'd call big breasted, but my boobs have defenitely grown in the two years since I was 16!. I think everyone stops growing at different ages, but no matter what people tell me I think that I'm done growing!. I'd say about 18-20 is when you're done growing for good!. Don't worry, I wish mine were bigger too, some girls are just luckier than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
