Question: I'm 18 and am self-concious about my breasts!.!?
My breasts are soo big DD and i hate them!.!.im getting a hunched back from hunching my shoulders to hide them, i can only buy granny bras and everyone stares at them and theyre soo heavy!. they run in my family, what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me I know how you feel - except big boobs don't run in my family I'm the only one!. I'm 17 and I have boobs that are a 28HH!! I'm serious!. DD isn't that bad!. I buy all my bras in a shop called Bravisimo, it's amazing!. Plus they will fit you into a bra that really does fit because the first time I went there I thought I was a 32E but actually I was a 28 FF!. By having a bra that actually fits your confidence will go up - I know mine did!. Plus if you go to this shop then you can get pretty bras as well as sports ones and they even do swim wear and clothes!. You should try and find your nearest branch I think it will really help you!.
Alternatively, if your still not happy breast reduction is an option but you have to be sure you want to go that route!. There's a lot of stuff you may not know about it so you really need to do your research about it!. Also, if you go for it and the have kids your boobs will get big again - sorry but that's just what happens!.
My main piece of advice is don't hunch!. Be proud of them because there are plenty of girls who would kill to boobs like yours!. Hunching will be causing problems in your back!. It may be an idea to get a back massage every now and then to help your back!. You can always ask a friend or do it yourself!. Lie on your front and massage your lower back because that will be where any problems will occur!.

They do have pretty bras for larger sized breasts!. Shop around!. You'll pay a little more but it's worth it!.

Actually I'm a DD too and you just have to look for the right bras!.!.!.I finally have found really cute ones! But if they really bother you then you can always get a reduction!. Big boobs don't fit everyone!. Good luck girl, I hope you do what's right for you in the long run :)!.

Get Better bra at the mall the have cute ones ,,But without surgery i don't think they are getting any smaller sorry because everyone who you should try loosing weight they get bigger !.!.

Honestly, go for surgery!. They can reduce the size to one you'd prefer and even reshape them to look natural (like they weren't operated on) while they're at it!.
If you're physically uncomfortable and self-conscious, your best bet is to look into surgeries!.

you probably should go for reduction surgery!. if ur already hunching at 18!.!.god help u when ur 40!. plz!.!.!.u should look after yourself, and get them smaller!. at least reduction is only making them smaller!.!.!.their not sticking silicone stuff in to u!. get them down to a c so its not sooooooooooooooooooo much of a dramatic change and if u want to make them smaller, maybe you could lose a bit of weight!. but hope things go okWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you're a good candidate for breast reduction surgery!. If you can get a doctor to say that you need this to relieve back pain then it should be covered by your health insurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
