Um, take a shower!?
Shower for 5 minutes in the dressing room after your tennis, and at LEAST shower before you go to bed!! You get home at 8 and say you don't have time to shower!? Yeah, your schedule isn't empty, but I'd hardly say you don't have time for hygiene!. You get home at EIGHT!! Stop whining about it on the internet, you could have used the time it took you to type that on hygiene!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fit time into your schedule to clean up!. After your practices at least wash your armpits and face and put deoderant on!. You don't shower before bed after exercising!? I know you're tired but force yourself to take a five minute shower before bed and it will make a world of difference!. For oily skin, you might want to change the type of soap you're using!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should try and cut out a few things out of your day!. Maybe you should decide what you like better, ballet or tennis!. If you do this then you will have some time to maybe take a shower or apply some makeup!. Remember to bring a bottle of anti perspirent deoderent to tennis, it helps a bunch! Spraying your underarm in the mornings will help to stop you sweating so much!. Hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make time! Get one of those wash cloths and quickly wipe the sweaty areas for a start (you do have to change your clothes, right!? 2 minutes won't hurt) Or quickly hop in the shower, but be sure to not get your hair wet (another 2 mins)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no wonder you stink! you excercise like 3 times a day!. Relaaaaaax will you!. Once is enough!. i bet you have a great body with all that excercise so enjoy it without the smellWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have too much going on! Cut your schedule down to something you can manage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use dry shampoo!.!.!.like what people do for their dogs when they cant make time to wash them!.!.!.LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to take care of your personal hygiene and cut down on some of your activities!. You should leave tennis by 10:00 (there is really no need to play tennis for that long)!. That extra hour will give you enough time to get home, shower and get to your part-time job and ballet lessons!. If you are at a health club taking your tennis and aerobics classes, almost all of them have showers, so use them!. Buy yourself a pair of "shower shoes" for a few dollars so you don't get athletes foot in the showers!. It is up to you to change your schedule so that you can clean yourself!. Should you choose not to, then you should ask your parents to make you an appointment with your family doctor because there could be an underlying problem why you are not properly taking care of your hygiene!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say, to bring baby wipes with you!. get some stronger deodorant!. and face wipes!. i would assume that all of the places you exercise don
