Premenstrual problem?!


Question: Premenstrual problem!?
anyone who experience or knows the reason to this!?

lately (usually one week before my scheduled menstrual period), i am experiencing difficulty in excreting waste!.
even though i eat too much to push down my bowel, it just wont go, only the air!.
it will usually go a day or two before my menstruation, and its usually constipated (even i drink lots of water)!. bcoz of this, I would have cuts and have blood in my waste!.

and one more thing, i really want to solve this prob coz my stomach usually gets a little big and i cant digest well!.

I have this problem too!. Try taking a probiotic!. Not just acidophilus!. Go to your health food store and ask for a probiotic with the most strains of bacteria!. After taking it for about a month, you will notice a huge difference!. Probiotics are the good bacteria that your digestive tract needs to keep it regular!. They also help our bodies absorb nutrition which can, in turn, help with other health conditions!. I know there is a good probiotic called Healthy Trinity by Natren!.

Do not fall for the foods with probiotics in them!. There is not enough in the food items that are being sold to help!. Also, one of the major grocery companies is being sued because they are making claims about their yogurt that are not true!.

Yup!. It's either a little backed up during that time or you get a little runny!. Either way, it's a big inconvenience!.

I recommend drinking one tablespoon of epsom salt in a glass of very warm water!. This is usually enough of a push to loosen things up and move them through!. Or, you can swallow two tablespoons of olive oil!. Olive oil acts like a lubricant and moves things through easier!. It will also help with the blood issue!.

You need to change your diet!. The foods you choose to eat are backing you up!. LOTS more veggies, more fruit, less sugar and less meat!. You should only be eating 10 ounces of meat per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Problems like this are not uncommon!. Either diarrhea or constipation happens more often then you know!. You might want to try a stool softener!. It might at leased make it a little more comfortable to go!.
