How can i stop panicing..?!


Question: How can i stop panicing!.!.!?
Everyday i keep thinking im going to die in my sleep or something!.
If i get a small pain somewhere, i'll get panicy thinking i have got something bad and will end up going hospital!.
this has been going on for some time now!.!.!.
how can i stop this!?

It seems like you have what is known as an Anxiety Disorder, which are more common than you may think!.

Two ways I recomend you seek help ae either through professional counceling, where the councelor will talk you through your worries in an attempt to fathom what is causing them!.

The other method is Hypnotherapy, where the hypnotherapist will (SAFELY) put your mind in a state of relaxation, and attempt to tell your sub concious mind that everything is OK!.

OK i know someone who had a similar experience but it does not mean its the same for you!. =- anxiety disorder!

you get anxious about something and it manifests into something bigger and completely different but all seems very real to you!.

it sounds like you could do with some CBT therapy(cognitive behavioural therapy), there they will help you find out the root of your "problem" and help you to find ways to stop you from thinking like this!.

It's a free technique that works wonders on phobias, you can apply it yourself, but often the help of an EFT professional will be invaluable because of the training they can get to the causes of the problem
Alternatively you can have BodyTalk, which is amazing on phobias among other things
In BodyTalk your body is asked directly via a subtle muscle testing, and your body knows best what's the cause and how to treat it

While you wait for BodyTalk or EFT, the obvious relaxation exercises and a walk in nature usually really help a lot

have milk before you sleep, its calms down your neural pathways during sleep!.

if that doesn't work, you might be sleeping in an uncomfortable position or place which is causing this directly!.
