What are symptoms that you are about to start your peirod!. I was just wondering if anyone knew some facts about that!. Can you cramp three days before hand, because I think I do!. It's like cramping/stomach ache!. Can Nasea be a symtom too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can cramp for several days leading up to the start of your period!. Back pain or tender lower back, tender breasts, bloating are all symptoms!. Also being tired and experiencing extreme fatigue are also common symptoms!. I don't know about Nausea but I wouldn't be surprised!. A way to cut down cramping is to limit your caffeine and salt intake as these two things contribute to your uterus cramping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First, your breasts may start to get bigger, hair may start to grow in the pubic area (between your legs), and a little later, in your armpits!. During this time, (according to Dr!.
