Is it just starting now!? Sometimes the beginning is more painful with lighter flow, then in the middle it can get heavier with less pain!.
There are prescription meds that can make it end early, but if there isn't heavy bleeding and isn't going on for a long time, they usually don' t try to stop it once it starts!.
You can get Advil (ibuprofen) without a prescription, and that often works better than Tylenol (acetaminophen) for cramps!. (Try it as long as you have no allergies to advil, aspirin, etc and no stomach problems)!. It helps to take the dose as soon as you notice the cramps, even if they aren't that bad!.
Try a heating pad (don't fall asleep with it, it can burn if you lie on it!) Also a hot bath can help!.
If that doesn't work, check with your dr!. about other options!. If you are on a birth control pill, it might not be the right one for you!. (check with dr!. before changing anything)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i usually work out as much as i can when im on my period and i am super active during the first day!. yes, sometimes i bleed a lot but i feel like i bleed all i have to in two days rather than have little for a week!.
dont eat citruis fruits because they are cold and make you have worse cramps, and drink a loooot of water!.
