Period Questions At School?!

In between classes, go to your locker and get a pad out!. Stick it in your underwear or bra- IM NOT KIDDING and then ask to go to the bathroom!. I had the exact same problem!. And the things out of those machines are nasty, I would not suggest them!. I am now in high school and we can carry backpacks and such but we wear khakis too and i am worried about it leaking too!. I keep a spare pair of pants in my locker while im on my period!. When you change, just be quiet!. Youll get good at being fast and quiet!. If you have a light flow, you can last a whole day!. I do not recommend that though!. Dont think about it too much!. I used to worry all the time but its just a thing all girls go through!.

You should change your pad depending on how much blood comes out!. Try to change it as often as you go pee, or even more, if you have a really big flow!.

I understand that you don't want to use tampons now, but I just want you to know that if and when you'll be ready to use them, they'll feel so much better and you won't have to worry as much about leaks!.

I wouldn't suggest you go a whole day without changing a pad!. you could probably where a jacket to class just put one in the pocket, if not do your khakis have pockets just put one in your front pocket!. or carry one in your pencil holder inside your binder!. your pad wont show so dont worry about that, but if your concerned about leakage just make sure your buying long pads with wings!. always is a really good brand for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happened to me at my old school!.
are you allowed to take like pencil pouches or something like t hat!? if yuo are just in between classes go to the bathroom and change!. and if you cant d othat, change it at lunch, just put it in your pockets if youhave them!. if worse comes to worse hun, use toilet paper until you have the chance to get your pads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone else has offered the advice that I was going to offer, but I just thought I'd say maybe you should say something to your principal or get your mom to!. It's a bit absurd to have to be put in such a situation because of public school regulations!. When I was going into 8th grade, I started my period, and my school had similar school regulations and I spoke to the principal about it (I'm a feisty political feminist, though) and I ended up changing some of the school rules once I reasoned with the principal!.

Anyway, what everyone else has said!.
Stick it in your underwear or bra (I'M NOT KIDDING EITHER!) and then ask to go to the restroom!. Maybe keep them in a pencil case, maybe simply demand that the school let you take a small purse!. What I did before the rules in my school were changed was to wear a small pad (the kind that you can't see even in really tight pants, without wings and only stretching a few inches across your underwear) and a tampon!. In between classes I'd stick a tampon in my pocket and run to the bathroom to change before the next class!. Tampons obviously (if you get the right kind/size/absorbency and don't leave them in for hours on end) absorb everything that you need them to, but in the one in a million oh-no-it-leaked moment, the pad is there to absorb what the tampon missed, without being seen through the back of your khaki pants :)

But you've said no tampons, and I'm wondering why!? If it's just because they're uncomfortable for you, that makes perfect sense and that's fine! But some people get misconceptions about tampons and think that they cause you to loose your virginity, and other silly things like that!. Tampons are really convenient, so maybe you should try them out :)

ok its fine! a lot of people go through this! we have uniforms too but we can carry stuff in the high school part (mainly because of more books) but i have a secret pocket in my bag!. we wear khaki too, but, we can wear black, which most girls do because of this!. Now, what you do is keep on in your pocket maybe two if you have a heavy flow!. You only need to change twice in the school day, if you have an average flow!.3 for heavy!. put a clean one on right before school!. and to make sure you dont leak, wear white undies with a cream, off white pair(thin) over them, i know it might not be comfy but, its better than leaking! and if you can, try tampons with panty liners too then you dont have to double your undies!. And other girls will understand too!. i mean, im sure they have it too, well some of them! we talk about stuff like that in the locker room!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

To help stave off a problem with leaks, get your mom to buy the extra long variety of pads!. Those are usually the nighttime sort- which are thicker, but longer in the rear!. That should help avoid spotting while you are seated!. As far as camoflauge for carrying purposes, I suggest a pencil case or a makeup case!. If you can find a pencil case that snaps into a notebook, it can even be carried along with you!. The pads come wrapped nice and smallish, and one or two will fit inside the case nicely!. If you find one that is opaque- not see through on one side- all the better!. You will need to change at least once during the day- usually at lunch, and definitely after PE!. Those times are usually best, as you can have enough time in the bathroom to do your business!. Plus in the lockerroom, nobody is going to be paying much mind to what you do!. Your pad should not be showing through your pants unless your pants are too tight in the rear end, so that's a fit check you need to make!. I think you just need to relax somewhat about all this!. Most folks don't pay mind to your derriere anyway, and generally if there is a problem, some female teacher or friend will side up to you and clue you in!. If it bothers you a lot, consider carrying a spare pair of pants and undies in the backpack for emergencies!. Then you can change pants if you need to!. Every woman has experienced the unfortunate leak at some point, and we all survived the "embarassment"!. It's a natural function of our bodies, so there really is no need to let it get to you too much!. If it happens, it happens!. You take care of matters and move on with life!. If some idiot makes a remark, you look at them like they obviously crawled out of a crack somewhere and haven't matured enough to get through this!. Then you say something like, gee- I thought you were more mature than that- and move along!. Leave them standing looking like the idiot they are!. Only takes one time, and they shut up!. If you are alowed to have a small back to carry your pencils in, use that!. if not, and you have a jacket, stick them in your pockets and when you go to the bathroom if you put ur hands in ur pockets no one will notice!. get the ultrathin pads and they are way easier to carry around!. (they make them in thin supers if need be) you should really consider talking to the administrators at your school about allowing amall bags for at least girls for this very reason!.!. i know how you feel!. its embarrassing, but i eventually got over it and i dont even care if anyone knows what im carrying now!.!. of course high school in a small town is totally different!.

Don't wear it the whole day, that will be uncomfortable and defiantly will leak!. when you are going between classes and need to change it go to your locker and discretely slip a pad into your pocket and go to the bathroom and change it!. or if you dont have time or are afraid someone will notice when you put it in your pocket ask your teacher during class if you can go to the restroom because no one is in the halls at that time!. Also if you are aloud to carry binders, get a zipper pencil case that has a the 3 rings so it can go into your binder!. then you can stash some in there!. But if you do want to try tampons that wouldn't be a bad idea!. There are tampons called o!.b!. and they are very very small and you can fit a couple in your pocket easily!. and if you ever have an emergency just go to your school nurse and tell her i'm sure they have extra pads for emergenciesWww@Answer-Health@Com
