to be honest!.!. i wear mine as long as i sleep!.!. which is not over 10 hours!.!. and ive been fine!.!. (ive been wearing tampons for 10 years now) i mean im not saying everyone should!.!. but if you dont have to set your alarm or anything!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
