i don't think there is an age limit really, however in suitable circumstances - babies having their eyebrows done! lol!.
i know someone who takes her daughters to get their eyebrows done, theyre 15 and 10!.

i was 9 when i started getting mine done, like the woman below me said, you don't have to be a certain age, for MOST salons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
