I had exactly the same experience when I was your age!. It was fine at first, but then I started noticing it (I hadn't put it in all the way, I now know) and it became uncomfortable, so I decided to take it out!. But taking out a tampon before there's really any moisture on it and while you're tense can be very uncomfortable and it might feel like its scraping!. I'd give it another chance, it might take you two or three weird-feeling goes before you're comfortable inserting it properly, but no one knows exactly what to do the first couple times!. By the end of your first period using tampons you'll be a pro!. And definitely leave it in for a little while before trying to take it out (even just two hours or so, so that it's not dry) and it should come out easily, regardless of you being super relaxed and ok with the idea of it!.!.!. It's really weird the first few times you use tampons!. I ended up stopping using them all the time because sometimes it was uncomfortable!. What I did was look for the smallest tampons to buy - and use the ones that have applicators!. Sometimes you can get a little dry because they absorb so much fluid, and when you are dry it's harder to insert and remove!. They are convenient but if you continue to feel uncomfortable you might want to try using pads!. there's a link below that gives all kinds of information for teenage girls about using tampons - it might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sometimes different positions while you put it in can make it more comfortable!. Some girls sit on the toilet, some squat, some put one foot up on the toilet (as if yoou were tying your laces, u know!?) It takes a few tries to find out whats best for ya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
