Getting My Period Back???!


Question: Getting My Period Back!?!?!?
I went through 2 year phase where i wasn't eating quite enough!. I grew a few inches in height, but my weight remained in the 80's!. Up until about a year ago, i was getting my periods on a regular basis, but they have since stopped!. I am now 17 years old, 5'4 and 82lbs!. I am trying to put on weight, but my question is, will i ever be able to get my period back since i have gone so long without it!? And do you think it would come back if i were to gain about 10lbs!?!? Is there anything else i can do (supplements, foods, etc) to make it come back!?

I think you should definetely gain more weight!. You will have more chances of getting it back!. If you are really concerned you should go to the doctor!. My sister didn't have her period for a long time and went to the doctor and got pills and she got it back!. Do that if gaining weight, Don't Work!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all the above advice sounds good,but i think you should be seen by a gynecologist!.there could be something more to this than just gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
