Yes sure you can why let your period ruin your fun huh!?
But make sure you use a tampon ( platex sport is the best i recon) put one in before you get in the pool, and as soon as you get out replace the tampon with a clean one!. Now all that is left to do is enjoy your time in the pool!.

yea!. my friend and i are on a swim team and i asked her if she wore tampons during swim practice and she said that when you get in the water your period stops until you get out!. i think she is right, but right!. or use a tampon, and don't stay in the pool for more than 1-2 hours with it in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
