Answers:
It is normal!. This is call Mittelschmerz syndrome and it coincides with the ovulation!. 1 out of every 5 women can experience this syndrome!. The symptoms are abdominal or pelvic pain, that could be mild to severe, constant or intermittent; others like nausea, mild vaginal bleeding!.
The cause is not well defined but it could be the rupture of the follicle that releases fluid and irritates the lining of the abdomen or the growth of the follicle that stretches the ovary!.

The pain lasts a couple of hours or a day, but if it takes longer than this or the symptoms are more sever it is more probable that the cause is another complication and it's better to look for a gynecologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
