the month before i got my period i got so much of that nasty yellow stuff down there, and all of my friends also got that around a month before they got it, i would prepare yourself for it, go and buy some tampons and pads and liners now so your ready for when it does come, thats the only way to be safe, and if you're not comfortable w/ tampons they do make teen tampons, i prefer tampons over pads and liners, but its always safe to wear a liner when you're wearing a tampon just in case you do leak thru!. pads are pads and can be very uncomfortable for a lot of woman, for me i can't stand them, everyone is different!.
