hi i hav my period (not the first time) but today i kept yelling at everyone over nothing, and now me and my friend are fighting whats wrong with me does this happen to you plz help thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah it sounds like PMS to the max!.!.!.!.apologize and explain that you get easily irritated when on the rag!. if it effects a lot of your life you might have to get on birth control to control it!. talk to your parents!. it used to happen to me, its PMS (pre menstrual syndrome) and is very common, as you get used to your periods you will learn to expect it and to control it!.
if you find it doesnt ease off you can go into a pharmacy or health shop and there is usually over the counter pills that will help to balance your hormones, try a vitamin of some sort first rather than any drugs, or talk to your doctor first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

control ur mind sometimes during period girls get feeling nervous angry and thinking negative emotional all this at the same time so try to control ur own mind sit sometime and relax drink hot lemon juice with some sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
