Do you feel better after your period!? I sure do! I think it's because my hormones start climbing again :) Mine only last 3 days and today is my second day so hopefully tomorrow I start to feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a terrible cycle - 1 week of period, 1 week off, 1 week of pre-period symptoms and then it starts again!. So, yes, I do feel better afterwards, but I know it won't last long!Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes! the week b4 i get bad mood swings, sore boobs, the lot!. then come the cramps - aargh! but the day after my period finishes, i feel great!. i feel full of energy and refreshed again for a coupla weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah!. 2 weeks of PMS followed by a period, it's a relief once that's over!. Finally no more bloating, cramps, sore boobs, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am just finishing up and I feel GREAT!!!! But mine lasts 4 days!. Then in about 3 weeks I have PMS!. Then it starts all over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
