i have just found that i have polysystic ovaries, doctor has put me on pills and is there anything else i can do to help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i found out i have polycystic ovaries at 16!. The easiest diet i found to stick to is a Low GI diet and they have designed a Low GI How to Manage PCOS!. i bought that and it is the best book i have bought out of the million i have!.!.!.it has chapters about pcos and menu and at the end has recipes!.
You have to really cut out your sugers and exercise regularly!.!.its hard at first but once you are in the frame of mind where you can say no i can't have this its a lot easy!.
The main thing i can tell you is cut out sugar and as much fat as possible!.

I agree wholeheartedly with Evie!.!.!.!.diet is the most easiest way to control this disorder, and taking the contraceptive pill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just be careful since you just started the pill!. The second month I was on mine, I got the worst cyst I had ever gotten since my body was adjusting!. You have to give it time!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
