ive been having so much gas for the past few months!.
ive tried to change up what i eat and it still wont go away
it gets worse when i sleep, and its not the smelly gas either!.

Are you drinking water with meals!? Drinking lots of water is good for you!.!. but if you do drink it with meals!.!. it does make you gassy!. !. Also!.!. maybe all the food switching you are doing is effecting your stomach as well!.
