my tummy hurts below my belly button and is intensining, ive been very moody this mornong i got mad because my mom said i need to apologize to my stepdad (for being bitchy), and i was supposed to leave for a trip this morning and it was postponed and i started crying and i wasnt even looking forward to it anyway!!!

it could be the beginning of your menstrual cycle!.!.!.especially since you have cramping!. during this time of the month, hormone levels start to rise, and you act very emotional!. keep a few pads on you at all times, and talk to your mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say it's just puberty, but!.!.!. First of all very bad cramps are a sign of your period coming!. They usually start like quite a while before (couple weeks, couple months) and the last few day before it starts they are HORRIBLE! That's what happened to me! And all the regular symptoms of puberty multiply by like 100 when your period comes (PMS baby LOL) and I know it really sucks but you can't really help it!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
usually cramping is not right under your belly button its lower like maybe 4 in!. below and on the sides, not in the middle of you torso, but back pain is a sign!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sounds to me you are jsut starting pueberty!. i had symtoms like that for about a year before i even started my period!.!.!.tho every girl is different!.!.!.ugh i have my second period in 3 days!.!.!.!.=[Www@Answer-Health@Com
