ok over the past month or so i noticed that i have been getting big!. i mean ive been getng big ovver more than the past month but before recently it wasnt that bad of a problem and it went slowly!. anyways its not really even the normal kinda biggness it more of a rounded thing!. u know!. anyways i get kinda tired ish easily i dont got to do much to get my heart racing and i dont always have that much energy and stuff!. and i thouht that i was just gaining weight!. and then i thought that useing the excersize bike in the basement would help loose wieght get thinner and then get in shape!. flatten my stomache to!. but then i went to wiegh myself to know how much should or can loose!. but the thing is when i weighed myself it came out 125!.1!. and i thought tht it was gona be kida hard to get n shape without loosing weight!. i also thought that it was inda wierd that i could be as big as i am and nly wigh that much!. so therr are a few things that i need to know!. 1!. what could be causing this!? is there a way to get thin with out loosing weight!? is it normal tht i can be asbig as i am and only weigh tat much!. and pretty much anything else that u can tell me about it would be appreciated!.i also tend to get a littl ebit of a sick ish feling in like the pit of my stomache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is the same as a friend of mine!. Shes fat but only weighs 9 stone!. The reason for this is you have very little muscle at all!. You do not do anything strenuous that would build muscle!. Swimming would be a good start!. Lift light weights, jogging etc!. The exercise bike is useless!. But you should do real cycling!. Eat healthily with a seldom snack, and exercise to build muscle and you'll tone up!. But eating junk food is what has you feeling sick and not doing anything strenuous has you having a few extra tires!! Good luck getting rid of it, its tough but worth it!=]Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's an objective thing - if you have gained clothes sizes but have stayed the same weight, for example - I suggest seeing a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
