Tampon doesn't feel comfortable and going to waterpark next weekend?!
Question: Tampon doesn't feel comfortable and going to waterpark next weekend!?
I have a feeling my period is comming next weekend while I go on a double date to the waterpark!. The problem is that inserting tampons is hard for me and my muscles tense when I try to put it in!. I only tried tampons one time, but it just felt way too uncomfortable!. That's why I stuck with pads!. How can I make it easier to feel more comfortable wearing a tampon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
1!. Find a slender or light tampon (they are the smallest)
2!. Find one with a plastic applicator (they are smoother)
3!. Put a TINY bit of vaseline on the applicator (sides, not the top) to help it go in smoother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to put it in the right way and also have the correct size for your particular flow!. also if you are slim or a young teen, they make small ones for that too!.
the way i put mine in (which seems weird but works)!.
i sit on the toilet!. relax!. open your legs as wide as possible!. put the applicator inside your vagina first far enough so that you can still push it up but the applicator is kind of far, then, while you are pushing the tampon out, push up as well so it goes farther in!. dont worry about it getting stuck or going in too far!. the farther it goes it, the less you can feel it!. and im not talking about it going up REALLY far, but there is the perfect spot where it is supposed to be, and if it is too close to the outside of your vagina, its going to be uncomfortable!. also, if your vagina is dry, try putting a bit of lubricant on the end so the applicator goes in better!. and make sure you get the plastic applicators and not the cardboard! good luck girl! it just takes some getting used to!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try using a smaller tampon, a plastic one is usually the best and I know this sounds sick, but a little bit of saliva on the tampon can help it go in!. Also before you push the inner tube (the one that pushed the tampon in) make sure you have pushed the tampon in as far as it will go!. Hope that makes sense!. If you put it in and it feel uncomfotable, take it out and try it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Look for small tampons with a plastic applicator like Tampax pearl or the same size!. Your muscles are tensing because you are nervous!. Just try to relax! This is going to sound weird but stand in the bathroom with one foot on the toilet!. It will make it easier to put in!. If it is uncomfortable when it is in, it's not in right- most likely it is not far enough in!. Don't worry too much! So many of us have done it, so I am sure you will figure it out!. It is so worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
practice!. Sorry but that's the only answer!. Try relaxing before putting it in!. It is more difficult to do it when your muscles are tense!. Good Luck !Www@Answer-Health@Com
