yess i use to hate pads oo!. they're horrible!. all u gotta do is relax!. some ppl like to lift a leg up or just kinda spread ur legs and kinda sorta squat!. i juststand with my legs open with knees kinda bent!. and if it hurts for u wen u put it in!.!.!.!.then go to ur local drug store && buy some original KY lubrication the little bottle!. it really helps!. put 2 or 3 drops onto the tampon especially around the tip of it!.!.!.and just get comfortble and start trying to put the tampon in!. it shouldnt hurt!. keeping putting it in till the fatter plastic part of the tampon isnt visible and all u can see is the thin plastic part of the tampon then just push the thin thing into the fatter thing and throw away the plastic thing!. it should be totally comfortable!. there will be times that u will put it in wrong and it can be uncomfy or hurt!. so then just take it out and try again!. the way i explained it was confusing but i hope u understnd!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its possible that you are dry at the time of trying to push the tampon in!.

Go to walmart, buy some water based lubricant !.!.!. this is just to help out pushing it in, (unless you are bleeding very heavily, in which case you will not need lubrication)!.

Try lying down, or squating !.!. whatever position will help!. If you feel confused using the applicator !.!. just take the tampon out and push it in with your finger as far up as it will go!. The only thing hanging out should be the string!.!.!. and no you cannot push it up too far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to insert the tube into your vagina towards your back!. You may have to elevate one foot with your legs apart!.
Put it in as far as the ring around the applicator, then push the smaller tube into the bigger tube so that the rings are together!.
Then pull out the plastic part and you're done!.
Make sure the string is outside of your body! If it's not, get it out!. Whether it be by yourself, or see a doctor!. Also make sure you change it at least every 4-8 hours!. You also may want to research TSS(Toxic Shock Syndrome)!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
