Mini periods after exercise?!


Question: Mini periods after exercise!?
I was in hospital some years ago with pains in my side (not appendicitis) and the doctors put it down to one of these mysterious women's pain!. I only get a pain in my side now after exercising (going for a jog, etc!.)and the next day I end up with a mini period!. Is this normal!? Does anyone know what it is!? The doctors don't seem to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never heard of this but sounds to me like it is something that needs investigating!.

I have never heard of this i think it really does need investigating further!. Go back to your doctor and have a chat with him he will organise some tests and hopefully find out whats causing it, and then he will be able to treat it accordingly for you!. If your worried may i suggest having a word with your mom or trusted female relative in order for your mind to be put to rest!.

Mini periods are not normal!. Get a better doctor!. Mysterious women pains is the greatest incident of bollocks I have ever heard from a medical professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is difficult to say but if you are on the pill maybe this type of pill which is causing the problems!. The pain in your side while exercising could just be put down to a stitch!. Hope this helps Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
