Question: Am I Pregnant or Am I going to get my period
I had sex on the 7th and I got a uti!. I went to the doctors on the 15th and got antibiotics!. I felt sick from taking them but thats a side effect so!.!.!.I started to freak out during the last couple days of my doesage and I haven't stop!. I've been stressed thinking I'm preggo!. I took a 1st responce test on the 25 and my period was suppose to come on the 30th!. The doctor called yesterday and said that he gave me the wrong antibiotics and gave me more!. I started taking those yesterday night!. We used a condom and there was no hole!. I took another 1st responce test again yesterday which was the day my period was due!. Since yesterday around lunch my nipples have been a little sore when I touch them and still are!.!.!. My question is can you get your period late from stress or antibiotics!? Or am I pregnant with 2 neg 1st responce pregancy tests under my belt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems that you're stressing over nothing!. I've had a UTI before and was prescribed the wrong antibiotics also!. It made me feel extremely crappy for the duration I was on them!. It is very common not to get your cycle if you're stressed out or sick!. Sometimes our bodies give us a break to lessen the load, more-or-less!. Do you still have a constant urge to urinate!? Do you feel nauseous!? This could still mean you have a UTI!. The breast tenderness could mean your suppose to get your cycle soon or it could be from the antibiotics!. From what you say, you used a condom properly and took two pregnancy test that both came out negative!. I would wait a while until you presume you're pregnant!. If your cycle doesn't show up next month then talk to your doctor!. My advice is to deal with your UTI!. If there are more symptoms, like backache, nausea, vomiting, severe headaches, it might be a bladder or kidney infection!. Yes these symptoms also sound like symptoms one might have if one is pregnant!. Unfortunately many symptoms are the same for different reasons!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress can make your period late, and you're under physical and mental stress due to the UTI!. So it's not something to worry about at this point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
stress can make you miss a period!. and plus they probably would have tested you at the doc for pregnancy along with the test for the utiWww@Answer-Health@Com
