My Liners are not big enough for underwear?!
Question: My Liners are not big enough for underwear!?
i have liners for my period and they are not wide enough and i already have the biggest size and im going on vacation and dont want my parents to see blood on the sides of my underwear!. Help!?!!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use 2 liners!. Put one on one side where it wraps over the edge and do the same to the other side!. Have them to wear they over lap in the middle!. And ta-da, no more accidents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
liners are supposed to be small, because they are generally only used to soak up any leakage from tampons or to soak up discharge!.
are you using them for your period!? if so, i suggest getting Pads, because they are meant to soak up your menstraul flow!. and they are the right size for your panties!.
i recommend buying Always pads, in the green pack, because they are thin, but they don't leak!.
and for tampons, i'd say try playtex gentle glide slender applicators w/ plastic applicator!. and if you wear tampons, then you can wear liners!. or if you have heavy discharge, wear the liners!. but for your period, use either pads or tampons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know Kotex Lightdays makes a Long, but I agree with you, sometimes they are not wide enough!.
But, if you DO get a little blood on your panties, if you wash them out in the sink right away, in cool water, they will be dry overnight, and Mom and Dad never have to see them!.

You can either get wider pads with wings, always and stayfree both make pads with wings that are good, or you could try a tampon, they are so much more comfortable!. Once I tried a tampon, I gave up on pads, except to sleep in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
