Well since yesterday I had this really bad headache that would not go and really bad stomach pains! My headache hurt so much it woke me up at 0645 this morning so I got up and took some tablets!. I went back to sleep and got up and it was ok, but now I still have the stomach pains!. I also have the runs and a sicky feeling!. I dont feel like eating or drinking either!. I also have hot and cold sweats and my body aches all over and if anything touches me it hurts kinda !.!.if that makes sense!.

The flu by the sounds of things, try and drink as much water or juice as possible and nibble of toast or crackers otherwise you'll start to lose your energy and you'll feel even worse!. Stay in bed wrap up warm and keep the window open a little, the fresh air will help with the headache, take 2 asprin or paraceptemol every couple of hours and try and sleep it out!. It will only last a day or two but if you don't keep something in your stomach, you'll start feeling weak and dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Call NHS Direct 0845 46 47 and speak to a medical professional!. Sounds like a flu type virus, in which case you must druink plenty of water, fruit juice etc, and take pain killers such as ibuprofen to deal with the pain and feverish symptoms!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Looking for a diagnosis on an internet forum is an extremely foolish thing to do!.
Go and see your GP ASAP, he/she is who you should go to for a diagnosis!.
