if it starts then it's normal it's part of being the woman and stuff , if u have bad cramps eat healthier food like fruits and vegatables drink alot of water and get plenty of excerise like push ups and sit ups it helps your cramps !. If u eat greasy food your cramps would get worse as well !. Also u should know what are the signs of getting your period they are:
1) your breast start to itch or buring or hurting
2) Your face is starting to break up
3) Rite below of your stomach is starting to hurt , rite below where your belly button is
4) you would have a headache

I think that i'm about to start my period too, so I know how you're feeling!. I was going to ask my mum to get me some pads to carry round with me just in-case, but before I had the chance, when we were at the shop she just casually said that i'm at that age (and so fourth!.!.!.), and that maybe I should carry one round with me!. You'll be fine, and good luck!. The only problem now that i've thought of, is how to tell my mum i've 'started' !? Good Luck anyway, it's only natural!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

just keep pads and tampons with you and you will be fine :)
put a liner in maybe :)

Wear a panty liner every day!. Keep pads and tampons in your purse!. If you feel 'wet' go to the bathroom and check if theirs blood!
