It's all about the surge in hormones - this is what contraceptive pills are about - altering hormone levels!.

Swollen breasts - probably too much oestrogen/would be worth trying another brand!.

Otherwise, if you want to sit it out for a while and see if things calm down - massage oil and basically, firmly massage yourself (or involve your partner, but they usually aren't firm enough - scared of hurting you) every day until it feels better!. I believe this method breaks down toxins in the tissue!. Anyway, it has worked for me!. Hope you're ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hate birth control!.

this a very normal side effect when i take it!. i was also tired, bloated and my periods hurt more!.

i know it seems like everyone is on the pill but i don't think it's good for anyones body!. you're forcing your body to deal with hormones it didn't produce!. of course there will be side effects!.

have you ever heard of the rythm method!? check it out!. http://www!.epigee!.org/guide/rhythm!.html

i've used it for nine years, without pregnancy!. we've also used the pull out method when my period is being funky!. and we both like that!.
